NINETOES PREVIEWS ROGUE SUN #30

Is Ninetoes looking forward to Rogue Sun #30 and SPAWN?

Hey there comic book/graphic novel lovers! It’s your old pal, Ninetoes,, coming to you from Ninetoes HQ. Today, I am previewing Image Comics’ Rogue Sun #30. I have coffee in my system, and my thinking cap on, so let’s get to it!!!

I’ve been a Spawn fan since the beginning. It is sad to say I have not seen a comic featuring him in many years (let’s face it, Life gets in the way), but I have to admit that I am amped to see him come back in Rogue Sun #30!

This issue will take us into the realm of “Knight Sun,” and we will go back to the year 1383, where Sir John of York (A.K.A. Medieval Spawn) goes on a deadly quest to track down his enemy known as “The Withered”. Sir John of York will be joined by Caleb Hawthorne (A.K.A. Knight Sun) and his squire. This is setting the stage for a battle for the ages between two of Image Comics’ iconic heroes. Will Medieval Spawn be able to complete his quest, or will Knight Sun get in his way?

This issue will feature three variant covers.

Cover A will be by Stefano Simeone

Cover B will be by Able

Cover C will be by Simeone.

I’ve had the opportunity to sample some of the cover art, and it looks spectacular! Here’s a little taste for you as well:

The above panels show me that the Spawn I know and love is still kicking some major ass. He came to chew gum and fight…AND HE IS ALL OUT OF GUM!

The next panel sets up the villain of the story, The Withered:

It does not matter if you are a fan of Spawn, stories of medieval times, or you just love great art; Rogue Sun #30 is perfect for you!

Rogue Sun #30 hits the shelves on Wednesday, October 15, so go and reserve your copy today!
